Assembled team to deliver a high-quality residential scheme on the edge of Basingstoke town centre. We assembled the project team and devised the planning strategy that helped to secure a detailed consent for 291 residential units comprising a mix of apartments and houses. Also advised on public consultation strategy, S106 matters and political lobbying.
