Provided advice on town planning strategy to Thames Water/Bewley Homes. Project managed multidisciplinary team and submitted a hybrid planning application to secure detailed consent for works to Grade II Listed water tower and outline consent for 96 residential units and associated wildlife area and car parking. Also appeared as an expert witness at a Public Inquiry into an earlier scheme.
