We advised Berkeley Strategic on the conversion, alterations and upward extension of this iconic building to accommodate over 300 new apartments in the heart of Basingstoke. We devised the planning strategy and led the project team in discussions with officers, the local community and politicians. Secured planning permission for the site within 3 months.
